Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goodlettsville, TN

I first would like to call out the amazing staff of the Country Inn and Suites, from the hotel manager (Amber) to the front staff and cleaning staff. I have used this hotel many time over the past few years and they have always provided the best care to me while staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean which is great especially after a long day of travel and work. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Goodlettsville area or visiting Nashville and would like a hotel a stones throw away from the great downtown area.

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean. The front desk staff are efficient. They had items we needed. They were patient and hard working. The breakfast hostess quietly does an amazing job!!! In the 5 days we were here, NO food items ran out!!!! That is amazing!!! The counters and tables were clean. Plastic ware, cups, & plates were well stocked. KUDOS!!!! We had plenty of towels. Our trash was removed and towels swapped out daily. Coffee & tea supplies were restocked daily. I like these little touches! Thank you! The pool was lovely! Warm!!!! Thank u!!!!! Lots of towels there too! This is a well insulated hotel. I like that we couldnt hear our neighbors above or next to us. If people were loud in the lobby, we couldn't hear them in the room. Other guests had yappy dogs, but we couldn't hear them once we were out of the hall. Yay!!!!!! Everything in the room worked fine. The bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of pillows on the bed. I like the style of bed cover. Easily washable! Our TV didn't have the highest quality picture, and there weren't a lot of channels, but we spent a lot of time sightseeing so it didn't matter to us. The air conditioner worked well. This was great for northerners, not used to the Nashville summer heat. We had a lovely week! Thanks so much!

it was very nice hotel and its room was goodz However, the room that we had did have properly working wifi and shower water pressure was pretty low.

Walking into the establishment everything looked clean smelled good and clean but room smelled kinda ....not really bad but not clean like when you walk into the l building. Sour smell in wash machine.

Walls are a little thin. Staff very nice. Breakfast on Saturday is 7. We nad to leave early so can’t comment. Room very clean. And yes terrific location to get on and off interstate.

Excellent experience. Pleasant staff, free continental hot breakfast, internet was spotty but room and inn was very clean. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets! I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. I was in town for the Tennessee State University Homecoming 2025. The room was clean and the bed slept very comfortable. The breakfast was a standard style of a free breakfast, and very Good. I enjoyed the location. The only reason it did not get a 5 star is the internet is to no avail. Other than that it had a Good price and I had a Good Stay. I will be back Homecoming 2026.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was pleasant and made check-in and check-out so easy! Our room was more than we expected (turned out to be a suite with a full kitchen). Also, the breakfast was great!! They had a full breakfast, hot and cold.. make your own waffles , biscuits, eggs, sausage, yogurt/parfait bar, bagels, pastries, cereal and juice. I look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Nashville!
